No way close to 9,000 !. His normal level in that saga was about 140!. When he used kamahamaha it jumps to round 900 to 1,100 depending on the time line!. But even Goku's level would only jump to around 9,000 after leaving Kings Kai planet!. While fighting Vegeta using his Kao Kan attack Goku maxed out around 36,000 and that was a year after last seeing master roshi!. i believe he was 9000 on the sayian reader when bulma looked at him when he was at rest i would guess he would be at the same level as goku when he defeated vegitadue to i think goku was still his pupil at that time and who has heared of a stronger pupil than student but in plain dragonball i think he might of been the strongest ever in that serisWww@Enter-QA@Com
