S!.E!.F!. Subs seem pretty high quality if I remember correctly!. I don't know how to give directions to download, but I would recommend going to Veoh!.com and then downloading the video from there, seems easier!.
Side Note: also, don't waste your time downloading a show you just, "kinda" like!. Downloading should be for shows you WILL watch over again, and don't/won't have an american release!. Eh!. Sorry to preach!. As well, you can always just go to website like veoh to watch over again, without having to download a bunch of videos :)
