Question: What was this weird 80s cartoon!? It's driving me nuts trying to remember!!?
This question is for anyone who is in their 30s and remembers weird old cartoons!.
I have vague memories of watching a particular cartoon show on Nickelodeon when I was a kid in the 80s, and while I liked it a lot, I can't remember the name of it or almost anything about it!
I think the main character was a regular human person!. There were also at least one (or maybe two!?) characters who were humanoid, but instead of legs, their bodies just ended in a kind of rounded teardrop shape, and they floated a few inches above the ground instead of walking!.
There was also some kind of weird animal who accompanied the main characters, and was a source of comic relief!. I believe he was yellowish in color, and had a long square tail and a long square nose - almost like an elephant trunk, only it was thicker, and square and flat at the end (and not flexible like a trunk)!.
I think there was something about underground places, maybe Atlantis!? I can't remember!.!.!. I just know that I REALLY liked watching it when it was on, and now I wish I knew what it was!
