some say she doesn't have any, she's just power-retarded!.
here's my vote!.
she, before turning into a vampire, isn't affected by any physical vampric powers!. for example, Jane can't harm her!. after turning into a vampire, she still ahs this power, but she also can extend her sheild to her friends and family!.
this, in turn, proves to be very helpful!.!.

she doesn't have any special power while human!.the reason why other vampires couldn't harm her or use their powers on her was because she was involuntarily using her shield as if it was a natural skill which she gained control and improved when she turned vampire!.
