Are you referring to the English translated manga!? Because as far as I concern Viz Media only released up to 19 Volume so far!.
Unless you have alternative source (Japan released, other country translated released), then you can pick up
Vol 10 - This is on Arling arcs!. Zoro was fighting Hatsu on this volume!.
Vol 21 - This is on Alabasta arcs!. Zoro was fighting Mr 1 on this volume!. A really cool fight I have to say!.
Vol 29 - This is on Golden Village/Shandora/Enel arcs!. Zoro is fighting Ohm along with Viper and later they met Enel on this volume!.
Vol 33 - This is on Davy Back Fight arcs!. Zoro teaming up with Sanji in a one of DB match!.
Vol 43 - This is on CP9 arcs!. Zoro was fighting Kaku!. This also one of Zoro greatest match!.
Keep in mind that I only listed you the manga volume that has Zoro fighting on it!. You might get distracted and confused by the plot & storyline if you don't read the story from the start!.
