and I am currently reading Reborn (xD)

If you're looking for something like Death Note, then I'd suggest you to read Monster, Liar Game and Majin Tantei Nogami Neuro/Majin Detective!.
Monster and Liar Game plays around human psychology and they didn't really have fictional stuff like shinigami from Death Note!. However Majin Detective has that!. Maybe you might wanna check 'em out!.
If you like Reborn, then go for what everyone else said, One Piece, Bleach, Naruto, Hunter X Hunter, Rurouni Kenshin etc is a good start!. These are all shonen, therefore, the main character is a guy!.
If you're looking for something gory, blood scattered everywhere, you might wanna try Berserk, Gantz, Vagabond, and Jojo Bizarre Adventure!. These are Seinen, means they're targeted to +18 audience though since the content could be explicit for some people!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Since it is the season for scaring, I would suggest a rather rattling manga that hasn't even made it on film yet!.!.!.

He solves grusome murders that seemingly occur in one city of Japan or so (typical P!.I!. stuff) and the graphic art is completely amazing!. However, that is not the main plot!. There is some kind of conspiracy that the main character has connections with!. Because of this connection, he has about four multiple personalities, all interesting in their own way!.
This is a manga that all mature manga readers should get a hold of!. Great Detail, Great Story, and of course a great read for the readers out there looking for something out of the ordinary!. (Not fit in with the typical genres that most popular anime and manga fall into)!.
The story has continued to volume 6 so far and is worth the wait for volume 7!. I would suggest borrowing from a fellow manga reader or library or even wait until the series goes on sale because the volumes do seem quite thin!. That is the only downside to the series!.
Just remember, this series might not be to most peoples' liking, but if you don't just want to be a category genre reader for the rest of your life, then it is the manga for you!. Saiyuki is pretty good also!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well there's always Bleach!. Which is hella long and still going, but it's popular!.
Otherwise, I don't have many great ideas for you being that I am a girl and typically like more girl oriented stuff along with a lot of sci fi, but in general if you find an anime series you like I can almost 100% guarantee you that there will be a manga for it!.
Actually Claymore is really good in my opinion!. The main character is a girl (almost all of the characters are girls actually) but it isn't feminine in any way!. It is incredibly violent and fun actually!. I love it!
Onemanga!.com has a lot of scanlated manga (scanned and translated) that you can read (for free)!. Like, a lot!. Like, it might be better to find out what you're looking for before you go to that site or your head might explode trying to find something that you like!.
Oh, also, Soul Eater is newerish!. It's currently airing in Japan so I don't know if the manga is out in America if you prefer to buy it rather than read it online!. Otherwise, it would be on onemanga!. I'm assuming you're in America!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
