I would agree with Quizilla, LiveJournal also has some - I can't comment of how much or the quality but I do know that some of the FanFiction post their stories over there!.

Thats what happend to my schoool, go on a proxy website and you can unblock it!.

Quizilla!.!.!. but most fanfics there are not good (in my opinion) but you could at least check it out
