hmm not really remember that goku can beat frieza and he had to train to beat cell(alot) same as cooler!. but may be a diff story with hmetal cooler !. the force and army are like BUGS getting stepped on!. CELL will be the winner!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
I don't think so, i mean Frieza 100% got killed by Future Trunks without any trouble and goku matched the ginyu leader and took out the other no problem without being super saiyan, but it took for Gohan to go ssj2 to defeat Perfect Cell!.
And the fact that perfect cell can re-animate himself from having just one cell alive would just be a fail safe!.!.!. so in my opinion Perfect Cell would win!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Nope, Frieza and Metal Cooler couldn't even beat Goku when he was Super Saiyan 1!. Cell could've!. If Cell Could've, then he could beat Frieza and Cooler easily!. If Cell could beat Frieza and Cooler, Frieza's army doesn't stand a chance!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
