Question: Does anyone know what Cartoon this is!?
When I was a kid, maybe around 1995, I used to get home from school and put on Nickelodeon!. There was this cartoon where this white looking young man would travel around with his little dog and solve mysteries!. He had this unique curly hairdo I think, and wore blue!. I remember the ambiance being rather serious, not comical!. I recall the name starting with a Q!.!.!.I thought Quimby, but I don't think thats it!.
