Question: Can someone help identify this cartoon !?
Okay, it was on in the 90's (probably late 90's) and it was about dogs trying to find thier way home (or something similar)
There was a dog with a bandanna around his neck who was the leader, im assuming, and there was a puppy, possibly called Pete, or Peter!.
I have a feeling there was something to do with a boat or cruise ship that leaves some dogs behind and they have to try and get home, or the dogs are trying to find every dog a home!.
I'm pretty sure there was also a short yellow puppy with long ears that could possibly fly!.
