Sure, it possible Ironman could win with an repulsor ray, but if he's rusted he can't shoot beams!.!.!? And I dont think he could move!. If he's 99 the suit would most likely be too heavy!.
However, just so you know, it's impossible for his suit to rust, since it's not metal =)

I love how you assume Iron Man is at a clear advantage as it is so obvious that you like Robocop!. I have to wonder if you know much about Iron Man!. While I am not an expert on Iron Man I do know some about him!. First off by the time Stark is 99 I wouldnt be suprise if he had, if he hasnt already made it where the suit basically reads his mind, so no need to be you and flexible!. His attacks are far to powerful to not take robocop out in a few shots, and even if he was rusted, there is no way he couldn't fly out of the way faster than Robocop could lock onton him!. also I wouldn't be suprised if he didnt have the tech to find all of Robocops weak points, or even assuming they were from the same universe, having a hand in Robocops design, where as already knowing how to shut Robocop down!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I would go with Ironman but with the handicaps the match would definatly go to robocop, all he'd have to do is manage to not get killed by a near corpse!. He should probably be able to pull that off!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
