His chakra was all drained by his mangekyou sharingan!. If there won't be any back-ups or medic nins coming, he will die!. If so, YAY he will be rescued!

Well, currently he's not dead, but only because the chapter ended!.
Sadly, Kakashi WILL die!.
Proof of this is the fact that a) On the last panel it says "On the cusp of death a dying man makes his last wish"!.
Masashi Kishimoto [The author] would not have put this, because if he intended Kakashi to be rescued at the last minute, he would have put something like "A man lies on the cusp of death, Is there no hope for Kakashi!!?"!.
The second proof is that Kakashi is referencing Obito and Rin!. They wouldn't put this unless something drastic would happen!.
The third proof is that their wont be another new chapter for 2 WEEKS!. Not one!. Masashi Kishimoto always has a good 3-4 chaps after/while a character is dying to go over their life and spill secrets about the character that we have been wondering about!. He wouldn't do it one chapter at a time, because it wouldn't be enough space to explain anythign and Naruto fans would suicide because of major cliffies!. :l
Even so, I still hope Kakashi lives!.

At the end of Chapter 424 he is on the cusp of death and makes his dying with, but providing back up arrives he will live but will be hospitalised for weeks again due to chakra exhaustion like he was after the Gaara retrieval arc! Tsunade is doing what she can to treat her villagers and Sakura is at the hospital so hopefully between them and Shizune (wherever she is) will be able to stabilise Kakashi because without him, Konoha is screwed!

Kakashi are not death!. At the end of 424, the last page, you can see his sharingan change shape to like a LIGHTNING SIGN shape (maybe because he is a lightning chakra user)
Yes if this is true, then Kakashi not only NOT DIE, his Sharingan power level are increased, which is VERY AWESOME!!!!

kakashi still alive in 424 but at the end of the manga, he use MS for the 2nd time which mean he will no more chakra left = DIE !!!
