Kakashi has a sharingan eye (the one that always covered), with this sharingan, kakshi has the ability to see how every technique actually works!. He uses it in order to copy other ninjas ninjutsu!. The sharingan is a trait of the Uchiha bloodline so by all means kakashi shouldnt have it, but if you read kakahsi gaiden, you find out that when kakahsi was younger, he was on a ninja squad with a girl named rin and a uchiha named obito!. In one mission, rin gets kidnapped by the enemy and kakashi and obito go and try to save her!. Kakashi gets one of his eyes cut while in battle!. When kakashi, rin, and obito try to escape a trap set by enemy ninja, a trap were the ninja tries to bury them alive, kakashi gets hit on his blind side and a huge boulder was going to crush him but obito steps in and pushes him away!. Obito gets one side of his body crushed is dying!. With his last dying wish, he tells rin, who is a medical ninja, to take out obito's good sharingan eye and surgectly implant it in kakashi to replace his cut eye!. Kakashi loses a friend and gain a sharingan eye, wich helped him complete his chidori technique!. Its a very cool story you might want to check out!. It hasnt been put on the anime, but it is in the manga!.

because of his sharingan!. well, it's basically obito uchiha's - kakashi's team mate who died while they were on their mission!. and they were kind of naruto and sasuke, though i think obito is more of like naruto!. before obito died, he let kakashi have his eye!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
