Can someone tell me the name of this manga?!

Ok, so there was this manga I read along time ago that I want to re read!. I forgot the name and I'm hoping someone can give me the name of it!. I'll try my best to describe the plot of the story!. There was this girl that had to brothers which were twins!. She had a disease or something where when she was worried or had a problem with something she wouldn't be able to eat!. She eats very little!. She's looking for a precious ring someone gave to her!. There is also a guy in this story which is one of her classmates!. She thinks that the ring she is looking for might be in his house!. She asks and asks and if she could look in his house, but he says no!. Because his house is girly due to his sister or something!. But he does let later on!. But then when she searched through his house for the ring, she couldn't find it!. That's all I remember!.!.!. The story continues after that But i don't remember the rest!.
