To be perfectly honest, I don't think you can really objectively compare the two since they use different styles!.
Dane Cook uses straight Stand-up, talking about things that are topical in pop culture and just personal humor!. Jeff Dunham uses ventriloquism, and a strong part of his humor is playing off the funny characters he's created and developed!.
