Gakuen Alice hasn't been completed yet so I'm not sure!. I've read all of Gakuen Alice so far and watched the entire anime!. I dont want to spoil anything but!.!.!. Mikan ( Sakura ) is obviously going to end up with Natsume Hyuga!. She cares alot about him and he loves her too!. Although Mikan cares about Ruka, they should end up only being friends!. There are many hints about the relationship between Mikan and Natsume!.!.!.but I dont want to spoil it for you!. ^^
