5 Centimeters per sec -- because it is about life and love and how it is always turns up side down!. I like it because it is extremely real and you feel the same with the main characters!.
Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal -- one of the best anime of all time!. The romance story is full of tragedy!. The main message is that the period of happiness is short in the real life and then you only left with the memories!.
TV:
Lamune -- a story of one happy couple and their life through the senior high school years!. I liked that the couple went through difficulties, but in the end they stayed together!. The happy ending and light romance story is that I liked!.
Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora -- Again great story of love!. I like that it close to life and made me think of life and death!.

I would say ouran high host club, fruits basket, and honey and clover cause they are good dramas/romance/comedy, some more good ones would be nana but the romance is a bit more mature, vampire knight i a good horror/comedy/romance Aime as well, chobits is good,kannon i a really sweet romance, H2O footprints in the sand is also very sad/romantic, Shuffle is also good but a bit mature, school days i would not really recommend but it is romance but only if your kind off a pervert, Tubasa Chronicles is a good fantasy/romance anime, thats all i can think of now but i also know about yori and yaoi for any fans out there!. Aisheteruze Baby is such a unique story about a teenage boy who tries to balance is life while taking care of his 5 year old cousin and caring for his lonely girlfriend!.
Nana is just amazing!. Filled with awesome music and typical Hollywood like romances and scandals!. It a good watch if your in the mood for something dramatic!.
Last but not least!. Lovely Complex is a really sweet anime with a moral stating the height or physical appearance does not matter in love!. What matters is the heart!.
