Question: Who's this cartoon villain!?
Hi,
I would like to know what the name of this guy is and what cartoon show he was on!. He's from an early 80s cartoon, human-like (not like a transformers robot), sporting a green cape and hood!.
I have found an old photo of myself with him on my t-shirt and I can't recall who he was or what show he was on!. I'm pretty sure he was a villain!.
