I know it doesn't sound like it, but there are a lot of hot guys and romance =)

She's infuriated and swears revenge on him and decides to join the entertainment industry to beat him there!. It's really funny and good!.

Mm, there's only a few hot guys, but it's still really funny and cute!. It's about a quirky, weird girl who falls for the popular, slightly cold, and incredibly talented guy at her music college school!.
Clannad
There's not a lot of hot guys in this one, and don't get turned off by the one guy and five girls thing, cause it's actually really funny and romantic (I know it sounds unbelievable since it's so guy oriented =P), trust me it's really good!. There's this one guy who doesn't really care about school, his life, and where he's going, but he meets this girl randomly one day while walking to school and ends up helping her restart the theatre club and meet a lot of new people and experience new things because of her!. The main girl reminds me a lot of Tohru from Fruits Basket!.

It's the perfect romance/comedy and there's LOADS of hot guys, except it isn't an anime!. It's a manga and drama though! It's about a girl who enrolls herself in an all boy's school to meet her idol, Sano Izumi who's a high jumper!. She ends up sharing the same room as him since it's boarding school!.!.!.
Beauty Pop
It's about a girl who's really talented at cutting and styling hair!. There's a group in her school full of hot guys that are sucessors to popular and sucessful make up, nail, manicure, etc companies and give random make overs to girls in their school to practice their skills!. This makes them really popular!. The hair stylist of the group finds out about Kiri's (the girl's) skill and challenges her to dual to take place in front of an audience at her school!.!.!.

It's about a girl who gets into a school where they group the smartest people in the school into a single class and it turns out she's the only girl in that class!.
