Perfecet Cell is more powerful than Dabura!. When Gohan fought Cell, he was more powerful than he was when he fought Dabura, which was noted by Vegeta during the World Tournament!. Dabura and Gohan pretty much were even matched and that was probably without Gohan even going all out!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
