Yes, I remember that scene from Borat!. Both disturbing and hilarious! :)

Sacha Baron Cohen said in an interview that he almost 'blacked out' from that scene because he couldn't breathe!. They had arranged earlier that if he slapped his hand on the bed twice (or so), it was a sign to let them know to stop the scene, but the director didn't notice it so they kept on filming (and suffocating Cohen)!. You can actually see Borat slap the bed at one point just before his costar got off him!.

Anyone who hasn't seen Sacha Cohen's 2008 Golden Globe Awards acceptance speech definitely needs to see it (hilarious), since he talks about that scene from the movie and!.!.!. cracks!.!.!. everyone up - no pun intended!. LOL
