I don't want to sit around my house all summer. What are some things I could do to keep me busy?

I live in NY state so it's not too hot here. I don't havea pool either.

Summer Job.
Horseback Riding
Volunteer work.
Learn a new skill. (IE, play a new instrument, learn to scuba dive, practice drawing or writing, etc...)
Get a new pet to play with.
Take up a sport.
Hang out with friends.
Go to the movies.
Play at a park.
Etc etc etc.
