I'm looking for Electric Guitars for a beginner?

Hi, I need help looking for guitars, I'm not rich so I really dont want to spend more then 100 bucks on a guitar,
I like Fender, I've found one for 99 that comes to 134 with shipping
And on craigslist I found a Harmony but I don't know wether the have good quality or not, it looks really basic

Is a squier is a type of Fender?

you should go with the fender. it's a good guitar for beginners and it has everything you would need. if you go on musiciansfriend.com you can usually find starter kits for beginners that are cheap and really good. good luck finding a guitar!
