What is there to do in Wigan (with 2 kids) between 7:30 and 9:30 on a Friday night?

My two eldest children have started going to the church youth club where their friends go. We live about 15 miles away and so it won't be worth driving home to go back again so soon. This presents a problem in that I have the two younger ones aren't able to go as they are under 11 and so we need to find something to do in Wigan (or nearby) for two hours every Friday night. Does anyone have any ideas?

There isn't anyone else to give the children a lift home from the club and they don't want to go to a nearer one as their friends are in this one. The swimming pool and library will be closed and I don't know anyone to 'visit'.
I can't volunteer to help at the club as I have no one to watch the younger two children.
