Does anyone know that song playing in Sister Act 2?
The scene the song is playing in is when Lauryn Hill's character (Rita) is walking in the court yard of the school and her friend say's "Hey Rita" and asks her if she is going to attend the choir competion with them and she tells him she's not sure. And he say's "I want you be be down all of us do". And all her other friends are trying to convince her but she keeps saying she can't because her mom said she couldn't.
In the song playing in the background I heard " la la la la la la la la la" and then it had a guy rapping too. He's saying "to help me on the ladder to the land". Please I have to find this song. You would have to have seen the movie to know what I'm talking about and it's not on the soundtrack.
