Ok, let me rephrase...
You won't find a decent PRS for less than about $1200 - 1500, unless its a bolt-on, which you already said you don't want. I used to want one also, but since I use 11's, (and am considering going up to 12s purely for the tone/sustain), a PRS won't intonate (unless you use 10s or 9s; this is according to their customer service). And yes, I play lead, I bend the crap outta the strings. Been playing over 30 yrs.
