Does this happen when you're drunk?
When you get drunk is it true that if you don't have intentions on cheating on your boyfriend/girlfriend while sober then you probably won't when you're drunk. And that the phrase "I cheated on you because I was drunk" is no excuse because when you're drunk you're not stupid. I have no idea about any of this because I've never been drunk before but im extremely curious...

Actually, when some people are drunk...they can get really stupid...and no 'i cheat on you because i was drunk' is not a legitimate excuse. Some people, when they drink become almost like a different person all together..saying things they don't normally say(which may or may not be the truth--although they say the truth comes out when your drunk) ...and doing things that they wouldn't do if they were sober...alcohol lowers one's inhibitions (Conscious or unconscious restraint of a behavioral process, a desire, or an impulse.)
