Memorizing music?!

Memorizing music?
I am in marching band for my first year. My section leaders said to have the music memorized by the middle of August, so I was pacing myself. (at that time I had one month to pace myself) But last night the director said we better have all the music memorized by Tues. That leaves me 4 days to learn it. Any memorization tips? I am not that good at memorizing and I usually have to pace myself but four days what do i do? (I have two one page songs and two two page songs)

- memorize in sections; break the song into bits
- after that, draw lots deciding on which section to play. this means you must remember the sections so well that you can play it by random. this will definitely aid your memorizing of the piece as a whole.
- create easy lyrics to remember the tune
