Can fabulous flashcast help get my baby a real agent in Hollywood?

I've heard some great things about this company and would like to get an agent for my baby. please respond, anyone...help!
How do they work?

yes, that's what they do. they will set you up with a properly licensed screened agent for your baby if they like the baby. i had just emailed them a pic. we then meet with them they educated us alot and i had sent put my babies pics to about 800 or so companies, not one call. it's not easy, tell you that. well, they got my baby an agent and we have been out on calls and we're very happy with Fabulous Flashcast and their staff. please undertand, and i found this out the hard way, most talent agencies don't handle babies. that's why we went to the fabulous flashcast company. it was well worth it

i did visit a few other "manager" type companies, they all wanted me to shoot expensive pics...i have a 6 month old...
