Me Personally I would Go With Metal because well look at the riffing found in metal and stuff while emo just lays down a simple power chord every two seconds..without changing..!

"Me again"... your opinion is quite ill informed and ignorant... and plain idiotic. You've obviously heard no metal whatsoever.

Metal, imo, is better. It has ten times better musicianship than emo. The instrumental playing is complex and the lyrics are generally more interesting.
Also, there are a vast variety of different types of metal, where as most emo is the same.
Also, metal isn't music targeted at 14 year old girls who know no music outside of what is fed to the them by the mass media.
Lastly, imo, metal is simply much more interesting. It utilises so many different musical techniques and uses elements from other musical styles, to a much a greater extent than emo.
Metal has been around for 30+ years, and is still going strong, expanding and evolving more than most genres out there, even though the mainstream doesn't notice this. Emo hasn't, because it's simply a trend, and all trends die. Emo these days is simply a bastardised version of what it once was.

And to "Me again", I recommend you open your ears. Try listening to the band Symphony X, I'm sure the experience will drastically change your ignorant perceptions.
