Eh, just browse Casualties, Green Day, AFI are bands I started with when I first started years ago, they have some easy songs. Look up social Distortion... Ball and Chain, Dear Lover..etc
Also the Horrorpops have very easy to play songs, Julia, Ghouls..etc Both Guitar and bass are easy to learn... just explore some sites, I suppose. Most punk rock songs are relatively easy, easy progressions, very few chords..etc, etc,
