I'd like to kick start my career young. I'd like to be somewhere in the entertainment buisness. HELP!?

Does anyone have any advice on things ot do or to go to be int he entertainment buisness. I want to be a actress or be somewhere in the entertainment industry! Any ideas? Anyone who's already been through this and succeded??

you can go talk with a local talent agency. Most of them cost money...and lots of it, because they want you take classes. I did this when i was a young kid and i took classes from acting, to modeling, make-up, interviewing, etc.... They will do a photo shoot for you and then start to send your pictures out and send you out on auditions. John Robert Powers is a good agency. Check and see if there is one in the area where you live. If not, do some research on other repretable agencies. I landed a few jobs but did no persue it whole heartedly because as i grew up, it was not what i wanted to do in life. I personally am more happy being in the country AWAY from people. :) But, find a good talent agency, and you will have the opportunity to travel to L.A., New York and possibly overseas to meet with other talent scouts. I had the opportunity to meet with the president of Powers a few months back and he actually offered me a job with his company because we got along so well. So best of luck to you!
