I have a question about buying a guitar. if i buy say a $450 can i make monthly payments on it around $15 a month or somewhere close around that

One place to check is Guitar Center. They have their own credit system where depending on what sale they have at the time, you can not pay anything for 1 year, and have low payments. Check out their site for locations. www.guitarcenter.com
Check local guitar shops too. you never know what shop might have as far as payment options.
