Great 18th birthday party ideas?

I am planning on having some friends and I stay at a hotel. So we'll be in the pool most but we want some games and/or food ideas that we could do after we come from the pool. Does anyone have any ideas or websites that could help? Thanks!

go to a local show or something. Surely there are bands you can go see before or after you swim! and yeah, get drunk, haha. not while swimming though.
