How can i fix my guitar's intonation??!

How can i fix my guitar's intonation??
i changed my string gause and i have a whammy bar and so the strings are pulling on the bridge so hard that i cant even use the whammy because its already pushed down all the way...i heard u have to fix the intonation??? can someone please help??? its urgent i have to fix my baby!!!!

Unless you changed to a much larger string the intonation should be fairly close. It sounds like you just need to add another spring in the back to counter the size of the new strings. Just in case try the link below and good luck!
