Do any of you know a site where I can get concert tickets to whom I want? If you know a site, can you answer this question please???

It depends on whose playing and which company is selling the tickets. There are several websites out there that sell tickets. The most popular one would be ticketmaster.com.
You can also try ebay or craigslist if you can't find the tickets anywhere else.
