Look at 50 Cent, he dealed pot for a living, degrades women and thinks he is cool + influences kids today with bad motives.
Eminem has been a terrible husband + knows nothing about being an inner city ghetto kid even though he was born there.

What Happened to Billy Joel, The Beatles, The 4 Seasons + Bruce Springsteen?
They Are Amazing....
Even Metallica, KISS, AC DC are pretty decent,
but kids rapping THIS IS WHY I AM FREAKIN' HOT is just wrong.

I DON't care if you've been partying like a rock star because you degrade women, glorify drugs/alcohol and sex and just suck at music. Synthesized beats suck guys.

RAP IS CRAP!!! Save Darfur... Anyway, Just Because I'm 13 doesn't mean I haven't been influence by rap as well. I stopped listening to rap when i found out the harsh reality

we actually talked about this in my history class. the idea is that bands like bruce springsteen/bob dylan/buffalo springfield etc.. had such good music because they wrote about things that people cared about, that had meaning (i.e: the vietnam war, civil rights movement, etc..) and there was so much turmoil during that time period that during the 70's after all those things ended, people jsut needed to unwind and focus on themselves instead of things like politics, so tahts where meaningless, sort of mindless lyrics and stuff came from.
