Does anyone know the name of the music video where Michael Jackson is dancing in the middle of a bright spotlight, with darkness all around him?

It's a really bright spotlight, and darkness all around it. In the spotlight he does a circular moonwalk among many other things. The clip I saw had no music and was only a few seconds long, so I'm not sure what it was from. Could've even been a live performance, anyone have any idea?
