i suffer from serious stagefright

ill sing or act infront of a few of my m8s

ill sing fine when i dont no people are listening.

i choked in music before cuz of nerves.

i just got over my class n ill sing fine now n every1 joins in n everything.

but in year 6 i forgot a song i was ment 2 sing cuz i had 2 sing solo in it. and i won a competition n choked on the high note.

i try doin stuff like close my eyes but i still feel the glares
n tryed imagining people in there underwear didnt work
starin at the back of the room doesnt help
focusing on 1 person doesnt work

the only time im ok with singing isinfront of my m8s or on my own.

wa can i do 2 over come stagefright

Wow I get almost as nervous as you in front of a lot of people and I haven't figured out how to overcome come it. People have told me to pretend I'm the only one in the room or just remember that your friends are there and don't care if you screw up which might help but pretending can be tough.
