Is Bob Marley still alive?

I think he staged his death and is living the rest of his life low profile. He doesn't want all the attention. He just wants to live a nice quiet tranquil life somewhere in Africa. Has there been any sightings of him?

I doubt that since he died from brain cancer that had also spread to his stomach, lungs and his big toe on his right foot due to a soccer injury several years earlier. But he had 36 pretty awesome years.
