Why do they ding a bell on radio stations?
It sounds like the type of bell that you would use at a hotel front desk. They normally do it when they are making fun of someone or when their "version" of a real famous person is on.

because its exiting to them like a privilege to use in the radio I think to get you attention mostly its a loud annoying sound that you cant ignore and you here it and pay attention i think don't you......................well that's just my opinion
