Why doesnt my gaia layout work?!

Why doesnt my gaia layout work?
You're supposed to put it in "Theme."So..when I do.
The background comes out. About halfway. But the other things dont come out. Whats wrong? Im also kinda new...so yeah..

I can actually help you with this. It happened to me too. First. Go to "My Gaia" at the top of your screen. Then go to "account" then look where there is a drop down menu asking "choose profile" Select "classic" then save your changes, go back and check your profile. The problem should be fixed.
