How does criss angel do his levitations?
Whenever he does it looks so perfect! I wonder what the trick is behind it.
Answers:
It's pretty simple actually. Usually, he always has his back turned to the viewer so that he/she cannot see the trick behind the trick. One of his pant legs can open in the front so that he can stick his leg out of it and simply use one leg to hoist himself up onto whatever object (chair, tall step, etc.) that it is in front of him. The fake pant leg also has a trick shoe attached to it so it just hangs their and appears that his leg hasn't moved from the back view. It's also kinda stiff so that the wind won't blow and show it's just an empty pant leg. That's the simple one which he has actually revealed in a video, but there's other more complicated tricks that he has kept as his own secrets. If you go to his website, I think you can buy the video and even the props (fake leg, etc.) to do this trick yourself.
