What is the weirdest thing you have ever seen in your life?

I saw a ghost once (well maybe but it was weird!)

It's silly now but when I was a little girl around 7 or 8, my father took me and my siblings down to this big park on the water one fourth of July.
People were fishing along the water's edge, and it was just a lovely warm evening.
The sun was going down and shining on the water and as I was walking along the edge of the wall, I noticed something huge bouncing along in the water.
I tried to keep up with it, but it was difficult because of everyone fishing. I was getting tangled in fishing line and apologizing 'excuse me, excuse me',
My father kept saying, 'what are you doing, honey?' and I said, 'Daddy, you'll never believe it but I think I found a dinosaur egg!'
He smiled and walked to where I was pointing and looked down and put his arm around me and said, 'Honey, that's just a big watermelon somebody threw in the water.'

I was DEVASTATED!
