I've just been watching Britain's got talent and how did the illusionists do that trick? See details?

There was a diamond shaped box, and the man put a sheet over one end and a glass covering over the other. He spun it round and round and a woman appeared. The only visible place she could have hidden were 2 tiny (30cm long x 10 cm approx) boxes eitherside. How did they do this??? I think it was amazing!
