I get what the song means and everything.
Its just how she worded it...

"I might've saved a little trouble for the next girl" - I might save her the heartbreak and anger of being cheated on by trashing his car. He wont want to cheat on the next girl after Im done with him!

"Cause the next time that he cheats... oh you know it wont be on me!"- Im dumping him!! Next time he cheats on a girl, it wont be on me!
