Do you know a free sheet music website for drums?

I've looked, and looked and looked for years and I have yet to find the type of web site that you are looking for.

Some time ago, I gave up looking for a drum music web site, and I'm glad that I did.

This drove me to teach myself the valuable art of music transcription. Trust me, it's much easier to listen to a song and write it out, piece by piece, by hand than to try to find it written out on the internet. And don't get me started on "drum tabs"...they are the most impossible to read and highly innacurate transcriptions I have ever seen.

Trust me on this. Pick out a song, listen to it several seconds at a time and try to pick out every part of the drums that you can. You'll be a much better musician for it, and it's a lot more satisfying.

If you're stuck about how to write, there is an excellent video out (with an accompanying book) called "Playing, Reading and Soloing With a Band". It was made by Greg Bissonette and I believe that it was poublished by DCI Video.
