Answers:
Basically, it all has to do with a music "scene". Most people associate "scene" people with emo/screamo/hardcore/indie bands. The stereotype is "scene" kids are pretentious, they take pictures without looking at the camera (also using different angles), boys wear tight jeans and usually have messy hair that covers their eyes (usually black, sometimes black with blonde), they are egotistic, and pretty cocky. They usually go to "shows" and see their favorite bands perform. Most of the time they are "sXe" which is basically just "straight-edge".
"Scene" also has come into play because of myspace.com. If you go on and look at any of the people, most will be considered "scene".
Mainly has to do with teenagers but you can still find a lot of adults who are stuck in the "scene".
BTW, screen names should be xx<insert some emo lingo>xx.
