Why do they do it?!

Question:

Why do they do it?

I live in the country area outside of Houston. To get home I must drive about 25 miles downa two lane road and it never fails that everyday someone will rush to pull out in front of me and the proceed to drive 30-40 miles an hour in a 60 mile an hour zone.

Why are they in such a rush to get in front of you, but not in any kind fof hurry to go anywhere, doesnt that defeat the whole purpose of rushing to get in front on someone?

Answers:

Also from the Houston Area, and I think they either took the driving exam in Español, or they are talking on their cell phones not paying attention.

The same thing happened to me a few times AND believe it or not BUT there is a minimum speed limit on these highways. For the highways with that speed limit I think it is 45 MPH. The next time that happens, call the police department and tell them that somebody is driving dangerously slow, and drivers behind you are trying to get around you and that moron, creating MORE of a dangerous situation.
