Starter Electric guitar in Australia?
Ok so I checked out the place down the road and they have a ashton starter, i thought it wasn't that great, though its only AU$ 300.
I need help to work out what starter pack to get, or even just an electric guitar+amp.
Some guitars from US are hard to get in Australia too.
If you could do even better post links to a place on net I can buy it from or a store in Australia.

Don't know about Ashton, starter. Depends on if you're looking for acoustic or electric. For electric, I always recommend the Fender Squire as a starter guitar. It is the best option for someone wanting to learn either lead guitar or rhythm. You can usually find one in the states for less than $200, and sometimes can even find a deal with an amp, which is always needed. So I don't know about AU. Good luck though.
